*Restoring the glory days of Kuala Lumpur football by becoming a respected grassroots and youth team by 2025-2030. Bring back and enliven the spirit of Kuala Lumpur and play for the city football club.
*The Mission is to make Kuala Lumpur City a grassroot football destination in the region.
Vision
*To be among the top football academy in Malaysia, South East Asian Region and in the world according to Malaysian football DNA.
Football Concept
*To achieve a higher level of capability than ever before, a football development system needs to be implemented with emphasis and focus on physical strength, speed and intelligence of play as well as professional disciplines and attitudes.
*To ensure this goal is achieved, the player registered has to be brought to more appropriate environment applied with consistent attitude and approach, cultivated well organized practices and habits.
*In addition to a balanced concentration in terms of schooling and academic achievement. To achieve this goal, there is Youth Development Plan for the youths who have conceptualized the football academy in every state.
